What Our Clients Say

My name is Michael D. Katz and I reside in Miami Florida. I worked with Rebecca in her weight management program actively from July 2007 to January 2008 at the suggestion of my cardiologist. During that period of time I lost weight by following her recommendations re food groups and portion control. I have remained aware of the choices that I have to make in terms of diet, well after ending the active period of the program. I can honestly say that the awareness that Rebecca was able to teach me concerning what I choose to eat and its affect on overall wellness has stayed with me as has the renewed appreciation of moderate and sensible exercise as part of my routine. The program is really pretty simple and easy to adhere to and does not require significant sacrifice. What I learned will stay with me for life. Rebecca makes it easy and the reporting component of the program makes staying with it easy. I have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca and the program to anyone who has an interest in improving their health and losing weight.
