I will teach you how to change your lifestyle ! The focus of my program is on balance, moderation and portion control. Choosing the healthier foods more often, balancing your meals with all of the food groups, and common food portion sizes are demonstrated and emphasized. Label reading is also discussed and tips are given. Educational material is provided to reinforce the concepts that I teach. Each client receives a complete nutrition assessment, individualized meal plan and recommendations to make healthy lifestyle changes resulting in a healthy weight loss. |
